Life is never a straightforward path but it’s not one you have to walk alone. In this busy, stressful world, I will offer you an empathic and non-judgemental space to be truly listened to. Voicing all the negative thoughts and worries taking up your headspace can help to rationalise your fears, recognise unhelpful patterns and increase self-awareness. My integrative approach means that I can draw on different theories to meet your individual needs and help you move forwards with your life in the most positive way possible.
I have worked with young people, couples, a charity for supporting those with long-term neurological conditions and most recently, gained six years’ experience working with students in Higher Education.
I particularly specialise in supporting those with anxiety, depression, loss, relationship issues, imposter syndrome, low self-esteem, perfectionism, time management and stress management. I have also worked with neurodiversity especially with diagnoses of ADHD, ADD and dyslexia.
I offer a complimentary initial online session and can offer limited spaces at a concessional rate, intended for students and those on a low income.
