I’m Anna, registered Nutritional Therapist and founder of Nutrivival, a Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching Company, specialising in supporting shift workers.
Formally, I worked as a police officer, and walked in shift workers’ shoes, experiencing the challenges of routinely switching body clocks. Although I absolutely loved my job, I witnessed chronic ill health, stress and fatigue linked to this unique lifestyle.
I have studied the science extensively and researched how to switch from a regular wake / sleep pattern to shift work as healthily as possible, and now specialise in coaching shift workers with nutrition and lifestyle practices to support and optimise health. This can happen either 1:1, or in a group or corporate workshop setting.
I love eating food, talking about food and experimenting with preparing easy, nutritious food.
I have two children and live in Guildford, UK, where I run the 1:1 clinic. I can see you face to face or virtually and would be delighted to discuss your health concerns, symptoms and conditions and will then recommend the appropriate programme.
I can also visit your place of work, depending on location, and deliver the Nutrivival Shift Worker Support Programme, Feed Your Body Clock.
