About
Hello, I’m Anna Dafna, an ADHD, Executive Function and High Performance Coach and Psychologist (GMBPsS).
For over 20 years, I have coached neurodivergent individuals around the world to better understand how their minds work and translate their strengths into real-world results.
Growing up in an environment where performance often mattered more than wellbeing, I experienced intense performance anxiety at school myself. Later, I became increasingly frustrated seeing neurodivergent individuals labelled as lazy or incapable simply because they did not fit the conventional systems around them.
That frustration became my mission.
I began this work in 2003 in Athens, Greece, mentoring my first student. Since then my practice has expanded internationally. To date I have delivered 10,000+ coaching hours, supporting over 1,000 individuals across more than 10 countries.
My work focuses on the interaction between executive function, identity and nervous system regulation, as these foundations shape how we think, organise, perform and lead our lives.
Clients often come to coaching seeking clarity, structure and confidence in areas such as:
• ADHD and executive function challenges
• emotional regulation and sensory overwhelm
• social and communication skills
• leadership and professional performance
• study and revision skills
• business development and coaching practice
My work has received international recognition:
• 2024 - Most Supportive ADHD & Executive Function Coach, Business Elite Awards
• 2023 - Best Diversity, Inclusion & Leadership Development Training, Business Awards UK
• 2021 - Brainz Global 500 Leaders recognition for impact and leadership
My aim is to support neurodivergent individuals globally to live with greater self-understanding, confidence and intention, while contributing to a world where neurodiversity is better understood and supported across education, work and society.
