Aniko Hevizi

I'm Aniko Hevizi. 

I'm a Clinical and Advanced Hypnotherapist, an NLP and Kinetic Shift Practitioner, and an Emotion Solution Specialist.

My passion, interests and expertise lie in the mind, in trauma, and the connection between trauma, emotions, behaviours and the physical body.

My own journey of healing began when I used the power of my mind to get rid of cysts from my ovaries. Then I was introduced to HYPNOTHERAPY and overcame a traumatic birth, as well as postnatal depression and later the removal of abnormal cervical cells. 

I've also changed from a very negative person to a much more positive one, and transformed my self-critic to an empowering self-coach.

Every change happened by the release of negative emotions from my past like guilt, shame, anger, sadness, loneliness and hate, including self-hate, and the boost of my self confidence, self esteem and self worth.

Now I accept and love myself for who I am, and am able to love and receive love, and live a joyful and fulfilled life.

And I would love for you to have the same because I truly believe that you deserve it. Yes. Even you.
