Life may, at times, take its toll on you and you may feel depressed, anxious, confused or angry. Perhaps you keep repeating the same patterns of behaviour or you form relationships which leave you feeling disappointed. Seeking help may at first feel daunting but sharing a space with another individual who is there to actively listen and reflect their understanding of your thoughts back to you can open you up to new insights and a deeper understanding of yourself.

I work psychodynamically; you are free to bring whatever you wish to, such as your dreams, wishes, anxieties and fears in a a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space. We may find links to your past that are similar to current difficulties, whilst enabling you to make more conscious choices. There is not only one way to get where you wish to and not only one place to get to.

I have experience of providing clinical interventions to clients with common mental health difficulties within primary care and the third sector, such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, relationship issues, complex trauma, self-esteem issues, anger management and stress amongst others.
