I am a versatile, creative, fun and caring human being.


I am also chartered and registered Clinical and Counselling Psychologist Practitioner in the UK and in Portugal too plus also the title of Educational and Rehabilitation psychologist. Furthermore, I qualified as a psychologist in 2008 and did my training in Portugal, and this is equivalent to the British Clinical Psychology doctorate.


I have undergone post-graduation programs in Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy, and Family and Systemic Therapy. I am completing a diploma in hypnotherapy, although I am certified to offer passive hypnosis already.


I moved to the UK in 2010 from Portugal. Since then, I have been employed by the NHS and voluntary sectors in different child and family services and also have worked with adults, including couples and groups in varied health, educational and mental health departments.


I am passionate about life, psychology, science, nature, ancestral history, art, music, travelling and cuisine.


I investigate the principle of unconditional love and wish to help my clients remember that they are innately perfect and meant to feel joyful and free at all times. I am currently working on an innovative clinical approach based on the science of unconditional love, which I am writing a book on.
