I am an experienced executive, leadership and wellbeing coach with over 17 years of coaching experience, gained with clients in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. I have a particular interest in coaching women leaders, those returning from parental leave and/or undergoing career transition, and leaders who are striving to create a career-life integration that works for them. I use an eclectic approach to coaching, which is adapted to suit each individual client. I believe coaching is about personal development and supporting people to make sustainable and impactful changes. My coaching stance is based on a strengths-based model, which encourages clients to grow and learn, increase self-awareness and explore/change unhelpful patterns.
I come from senior management background, including board level experience, and I have worked with clients across a variety of industries including professional services, banking, healthcare, technology and across the public sector, including central and local governments.
I am a fully qualified and professionally accredited coach.
