I offer a non-judgemental and safe environment for you to explore your thoughts and emotions to help you understand how they are impacting your life.
My practice incorporates CBT techniques, trauma stabilisation and psycho-education. I have experience working with male and female adults with a wide variety of issues.
I work in an occupational health setting within blue light services with extensive experience of working with work related stress and the issues working within such high stress and demand areas of work.
