About Alex

Alex is an experienced resilience coach, helping people to grow in awareness, confidence, tenacity, flexibility and self-belief through simple shifts in mindset and habits, as well as using evidence-backed tools to reach a new level of thriving. 


Sessions are built around developing true self-awareness and dissolving limits - conscious and unconscious - i.e. the things that hold us back, from anxiety to negative core beliefs and shame. As a coach, Alex is renowned for her intuitive approach, the ability to hold a safe, calm space, ask powerful questions and reflect back where change and challenges can have the biggest impact.


After 6-9 resilience coaching sessions, there is real transformation - a few examples include:
