I am a BACP registered Psychodynamic Counsellor. I hold a BSc in Psychology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and a Masters in Psychodynamic Counselling.

I can currently offer online counselling, both short and long term, and have experience working with a range of presenting difficulties. This includes, but is not limited to; past trauma, anxiety, low mood, existential worries, relational patterns and identity. I also have experience working with both adults and adolescents.
