About me

I initially trained as a Psychiatric Nurse at the Maudsley Hospital, part of Kings College University, London. After two years of working as a front line nurse, I started my training in CBT for psychosis. It was during this training that I became interested in the unconscious processes and its influences on our behaviour. This will later influence my decision to start my psychotherapy training at the Arbours Association Training.

I have a special interest in Children and Family, and I am accredited to work with adults, adolescents, and family
