I am Imogen, a private Yoga and Meditation teacher committed to helping you build a healthier and more mindful lifestyle. I have training with world famous Carson Calhoun, Marcus Veda, and the school of Sampoorna Yoga. As well as a wealth of experience teaching one-to-one private yoga and group yoga classes, I work with major corporate companies, including FIS of Worldpay, Better Libraries and CoppaFeel! With years of practice and teaching under my belt, I hope to be the one that guides and encourages you to embrace a healthier and happier life.
Whether you want to melt away daily stress or you have a specific issue that you want help with, I can tailor sessions that can match your goals, lifestyle, and availability, ensuring you gain maximum benefit with each session. Your bespoke programme draws influence from the following styles:
• Dynamic Vinyasa, Rocket Yoga (with roots in Ashtanga Vinyasa, this in an active, warming and sweaty to diminish fatigue and build strength, flexibility and self-confidence.)
• Yin (slow, meditative and with deep stretches to alleviate stiff joints and their connective tissues to reduce pain and improve mobility)
• Restorative & Mindful Meditation (resting with the support of props; calming the nervous system to aid injury recovery and find deep rest.)
