Christiana Troussa is an experienced professional in the fields of Counselling, Acting Coaching and Educational Supervision. She has gained experience working for different realities in private education, and in recent years has expanded her activity in the digital world by working as an online freelance Counsellor. She is part of several mental health groups around Europe and works mainly through individual sessions. During her professional path, she collaborated with TV channels and published some articles focused on Counselling and Drama therapy. She occasionally does voluntary work for the Greek/Italian Community of Taranto in the South of Italy, and for a few years now she has been also leading a workshop of dramatic experimentation based on the psycho-cathartic qualities of classical theatre (Greek Comedy and Tragedy).

She's formally registered with the BACP in the UK and the "Erba Sacra" holistic centre in Italy. In her sessions, she tends to focus on the general well-being of the individual, preferring an integrative holistic approach to treatment.
